Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for your project are confirmed separately in your proposal or service agreement, which forms part of these Terms for that engagement.
Quotes and Payments
Quotes provided through our website or in a proposal are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if project scope changes. Payment terms, including deposits and milestones, will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
Late or missing payments may result in a pause of work until payment is received.
Project Timelines
We aim to deliver projects within the timeframes communicated to you, such as our standard delivery guarantee. Timelines depend on timely feedback, content, and approvals from you. Delays in providing requested materials or feedback may extend the delivery date.
Revisions
The number of revision rounds included in your project will be outlined in your service agreement. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be treated as a separate, billable project.
Intellectual Property
Once your project is paid in full, ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for you transfers to you, except for any third-party assets (such as stock photos, plugins, fonts, or licensed tools) which remain subject to their own licensing terms.
We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our own portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Website Use
You agree not to use our website to submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any activity that could harm our website or other users.
Limitation of Liability
We work to deliver high-quality websites and services, but we do not guarantee specific business results such as a certain number of leads, sales, or search engine rankings, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
